It was in person interview with several people. It started with HR and then moved to person in the business. We're trying to preemptively discuss culture since they get rated so bad on it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Graphic Products (Portland, OR) in Aug 2022
Interview
Consultants, not employees, conducted the interview yet they didn’t identify themselves as such. I found this out later, several days after the interview. They were unprepared and unprofessional. The consultants didn’t introduce themselves, and launched into a strange line of questioning. I would not recommend wasting time with the application process.

Question 1
Most of the questions had nothing to do with the job position that was advertised. One question was inappropriate and personal.
Very laid back. The technical interview was just a couple brief questions and minor whiteboarding to ensure basic OOP knowledge. Very little need to have stressed or practiced coding challenges beforehand.
