Interview
Terrible- no structure or value. Had to complete 4 admin skill review tests that totaled 1 to 1.5 hrs each. All of which were completed with 100 accuracy. Yet Grayco didn’t even respect my time when I went to meet him.

None- he spent 49 minutes talking about himself, nothing relevant to the reason I showed up- to interview for an EA position. Wrote me off after asking me probing and personal questions that forced me to disclose I have small children.
