- ~30min Screen call with Talent Acquisition to evaluate your resume/experience at a high level
- ~45min call with technical team leaders to evaluate your fit at a slightly more technical level, with higher level culture/work style questions.
- Take home assignment consisting of writing a small program similar to what would be required on the job. Unlimited time given to complete.
- ~1hr Technical discussion of your take home assignment with your potential team.
Overall this was a smooth, transparent, and positive experience. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and encouraging and I genuinely got the feeling that they wanted me to succeed. Randall (The Talent Acquisition Director) did a great job of checking in and keeping me up to date throughout the process so there was never that feeling of limbo you get with a lot of interview processes.
