Great conversations with multiple leaders which allowed me to learn about the company and individual departments. I was asked questions about myself and my experience. I was also given ample time to ask my own questions.

Applied via LinkedIn and heard back via email for a screener. Scheduling was kinda wonky, they asked for my availability and didnt reply for two days.. and then they sent me an email that they scheduled the interview.
HR was nice, it seems they put a lot of emphasis on cultural values/personal life to see if itll be a good culture fit. They also asked a few q's related directly to the product. Though my previous experience was in an APM capacity it wasn't the exact product experience they were looking for/probably found more suitable candidates that closely aligned.

This company has some of the nicest people I've ever met - but they kind of drop the ball when interviewing people. I'm sure the culture is great, but the company needs better organization.
