I received a call from their HR department about an interview and I made them aware up front that I would not be available to start working for another month and a half. I was told that was fine. When I got to the interview it was basic questions. I was told there is a hourly plus commission. Half way through another gentleman came in and continued the interview. At the end they started talking about getting me into training classes next week. I told them I couldn't start for over a month. They were both shocked. At that point one of the interviewers began to talk badly about my current employer and pay structure so I would quit sooner. After the interview I did some research and found it's only base hourly for the first month then it's 100% commission. He mentioned salary being 28 grand a few times but never explained hourly stops and how base works after the first month.
