I applied in-person. I interviewed at Great Clips (Cranberry Twp, PA) in Jul 2013
Interview
The interview was pretty basic. The manager was new to management and interviewed me by herself. There was some awkward silence but all in all pretty basic. Also, I worked at Great Clips from 2006-2007 (Hampton); and 2008-2009 (Adams Shoppes), having worked at both Great Clips salons for a little over a year at each location. But Glass Door only goes back to 2013.
Because each salon is independently owned and operated, the best person to address your comments would be the franchisee. If you would like follow up, please email Jeanne@greatclips.com with the salon location where you are employed & details. We will provide it to the franchisee for contact with you. Thank you.

I interviewed at Great Clips (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
It was super relaxed for the most part. They mostly asked questions about my background and previous customer experience jobs. How I handled certain situations, why or why not I'd be a good fit. Standard interview stuff,

We appreciate you sharing the interview process! Thank you for the feedback.
They did an in person interview and a technical interview, it wasn't too hard of an interview process. The technical is intimidating at first but its not too bad and the manager was friendly.

I applied online. I interviewed at Great Clips (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
I got an immediate call after applying online. A recruiter took me out for coffee and a quick chat. They offer a lot training so they focus more on advertising what your job could be like if you accept the job offer.
