Interview process went very smoothly. It really does vary based on the manager interviewing you, although they have a set of questions (whether they choose to use them or not) that they ask you. My manager called me the next day after I applied, and I was in there that afternoon for my verbal interview. I came back in the next day for my technical interview and was hired right on the spot. Both the manager and the assistant manager interviewed me and both were friendly and great with answering any questions I had about the company and the job I was applying for.
