My interview experience with this company left me thoroughly frustrated and disappointed. The interview lasted an excruciating three hours, only to end with a rejection, and it was a clear indication that the company has no regard for candidates' time and effort. The excessive length of the interview was inexcusable. Three hours is an unreasonable amount of time to evaluate a candidate, especially when the result is a rejection. It felt like a complete waste of my time and energy. Adding to the frustration was the lack of communication during and after the interview. I received no feedback or indication of how I was performing, leaving me anxious and uncertain throughout the process. To top it off, the rejection email I received was generic and devoid of any specific feedback or reasons for my rejection. It was clear that they lacked professionalism and respect for candidates' time. In summary, my experience with Great HealthWorks was incredibly inefficient and unprofessional. I would caution others to think twice before investing their valuable time in an organization that does not value it.
