Great Lakes Management interview questions

I applied online after being referred by someone. I then was called and set up a time for an in-person interview that also had a walk-through of the building. The interview had 4 other Managers in it.

Met with a regional manager who just went over the manual, strangest interview I ever had. We met at a restraunt over dinner hour and she just bought me a glass of tea. Next step was for me to view the property and look at my apartment options for me. They did a complete background check with finger prints.
