Easy! Cover letter, resume - that was it. Straightforward and simple. HR contacted me within 24 hours. I honestly declined the position eventually because it seemed too easy. I felt like I was just another person going into the company. I wanted something more personal centered as a clinician. Very friendly and seamless process overall.
