Interview
The interview process was straightforward and standard. The questions were not overly challenging, making it quite sufficient, fair, and highly appropriate for testing a fresh graduate’s core technical standards. Also, they would ask on project that you have done and how did you overcame technical difficulity in them.

Basic SQL, programming concept and previous projects

Interview
The first round interview was at their faciltiy in Blanchardstown. I was shown around their production floor and then had my interview. This was mostly about my background and experience. The sencond stage was a call with a member of the HR team. Talking about cultural fit and details aboutthe contract.

Interview
Helpful HR. Phone screening with HR first asking about your background including CGPA & knowledge and explain about the role you apply in detail. After that, HR will pass your profile and resume to the representative department manager to let the manager review, if manager would interest to hire you , HR will arrange interview for you. During interview, you will request to present your project, share about your knowledge and opinion, share about your internship experience, minor tech skills check and solve an IQ test question. Overall interview session is good. Received offer within 1 week. Overall process is considered fast compared to other companies.
