Essentially you have to fill out the initial form and wait to hear back about an interview. I applied at the end of May. I heard back from an HR rep at the end of June and had my interview the beginning of July. The first Interview composed of three parts. You had to come up with a five minute PowerPoint presentation to present In front of a panel. Next was the interview with your typical STAR questions. Lastly you have to write a sample letter to an employee so they can evaluate your writing skills. I waited about a month and received a second interview in September. This was more informal and regarded meeting the hire ups and taking a tour of the facility. I received a job offer mid October and had to take a drug test as well as submit all hiring paperwork which included a background check which verifies your previous employers and time length with them. I didn’t start here until November. The hiring process is extremely lengthy. Word of advice is to email HR and ask about weekly updates.
