Interview

The head coach asked me to come in and help with one of her cheer practices. I assisted with stunts and tumbling practice, basically so she could see I knew what I was doing on the cheer mat.

Simple thirty minute interview. Basic questions. Very laid back and easy to talk to. Be yourself and you'll do great! Example question was what is your greatest weakness. Took about two weeks to get an offer. Had a good time at the company. Great people to be around.
