The process of interviewing at the company isn't difficult. After I get the information they were hiring and contacted the person in charge of this, he invited me to a personal meeting. There I was tested for my english skills, personal sales characteristics through some questions and discussion. They were looking for signs that I can handle unexpected situations, and have strong speeking skills. After it I was accepted for a test period, as neary all other employees. We were working together with more experienced employees and the foreign students. If you was good at this period, and was able to integrate into the workflow you was acceppted.

After the first joint apartment showing with an employee, I was put to the task to do the second one while inspected by the boss of the company, without anything mentioned before. So it was a little unexpected, but he even helped out a little at the stuff, so it wasn't a bad experience.
