CV send, was immediately contacted, series of emails discussing salary. Had 1st interview with a very knowledgeable technical person, 2nd interview with COO. HR didn't fully research the role and they are asking for a Data Protection Officer, as a manager. They are expecting to hire a full knowledgeable person while paying way bellow market. Had to tell the company several times (to different persons) what the role was/was not. Final interview with COO was Ok, although like I mentioned company doesn't really seem to know how to approach a Data Protection project and has unrealistic expectations that all can be done in a short amount of time. Can be dangerous to accept this role if you don't have several years of experience, but like I said those will never arrive there with such low pay. Since I live outside of London, asked HR if they could pay for travel for the 2nd interview, received a response saying they don't pay anyone and if I would like to exclude myself from the process "since they have a lot of good candidates waiting", too aggressive in any terms. In the end, I didn't receive an offer, but the chances I would have taken it would be extremely low. Don't recommend.
