Interview
It started with a recruiter reaching out for an initial screen. Then I had an Engineering Manager screening, followed by a take-home assignment. Next was a technical interview with 2 senior software engineers to review the assignment and assess technical proficiency. The final stage was a "sanity check" with two Engineering Managers to discuss and ensure a mutual fit.

the recruitment process is horrible.
they sent the assignment. in my case, I worked many hours on this assignment.
to implement clean architecture with simple services, a repository, unit of work stuff.
and their feedback was that it is very complicated !! Without a meeting to discuss the points of enhancement what mistakes or why they think it is complicated. they just send these few words without even a call. they have a very unrespectful recruitment process.
