Interview
Over all the interview process was slow and unprofessional. I went in and interviewed with a woman that I had met prior to applying and 2 other interviewers. They asked basic "give me a time when" questions. The interview was structured to require the person being interviewed to tell stories and give examples. The woman asked me several questions about my goals and aspirations for the future. I did get an email about 3 weeks later after I followed up two times. I didn't get the job, they wanted someone who wanted to stay in the position for 3+ years and who wanted a future in banking (I want a future in banking?) overall it was upsetting because they didn't care to notify people that didn't get it and then when they finally were asked enough times they gave an excuse about having an intern for 3 years.
