A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and the process took about 2 weeks with a few combined stages.
This included a recruiter screen, phone interview with the hiring manager, a very involved take home assignment, 4 back to back conversations in the final (30-45m), and a conversation with the VP.
If I didn't understand a question being asked during the interview, the interviews were always willing to provide context, and always went the extra mile to make me feel at ease and be inclusive of needs. Additionally, the coordination team was FABULOUS and quick to help with any logistics over email or phone.
