They took over my company so my interview was basically a job offer and a lie. They offer us all a “raise” but changed our pay structure while telling us it “would be better” Well first week my original pay structure would have paid me more then theirs. Their onboarding is also not taking our pay structure into account at all in any of the documents they give us and some of us had to ask for corrected documentation after being asked to sign a document that was only going to pay us a low hourly rate.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Greenix Pest Control (Toledo, OH) in Feb 2026
Interview
Straight forward. The interviewer didnt really let me talk or answer questions fully. Was answering text during the interview or messing with cell. Was basicly asked if I was prepared to work a bunch of hours in the summer and reduced hours in the winter.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Greenix Pest Control (Orem, UT) in Jun 2025
Interview
The nterview process was fairly quick and easy. I had two back to back in one day. Thw questions were typical. I realhze now the interview and offer do not match the job at all. Then within hours I received an offer for employment.
