Interview
Applied through my school's career services website. Got a cold call around 6:30pm a few days later which covered the basics (who are you, why Greysteel etc). I then interviewed at the Bala Cynwyd office. Interviewer was late and had a condescending demeanor. Interview was basically a replication of the phone call, with a few case questions which I was walked through (although, the interviewer seemed reluctant to do so). Was offered a full time position during the summer and/or a part-time position during the school year, both of which are unpaid.
Three rounds of interviews with different people. Fairly simple and smooth. They had good response time after each interview stage. Nothing out of the ordinary from a typical interview process.

Interview
First phase is the phone interview with HR, then another phone interview with one of the analysts. If you pass the first two phases, you will go to their office and do the assessment which basically is the project phase.
