Very easy. HR interviewed me first, then house manager, then HR offered me the job. You have to go thru a background check, fingerprinting, and TB test. After all of that is done, they give you a start date. You go thru orientation from home. 8 hours a day for 2 weeks. Once you’re done with orientation, they start you at a house
