No, interview. The guy got my resume from somewhere and made called me.
Over the phone he didn't want to tell me the compensation structure (whether its salary or commission). He lied and said that they'll tell us during the "interview." In the confirmation e-mail it says that
"The interview is going to be at 2:00 P.M. this Wednesday. Our Regional Director is going to be hosting interviews while they're in town. They'll go over the products that we offer, the fully comprehensive training program, compensation package and all about the management and director positions available here in Dallas. As we are currently looking for someone to help manage our new teams in the greater Dallas area, please remember that we need someone with a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills and can be extremely coachable. You will be required to run interviews, make hiring decisions and carry out training, so we are offering a substantially advanced contract to the individual who is chosen for this advanced Training and Account Management position."
There was no interview, there were no questions, it was just a presentation. They make you drive all the way to their office to tell you about the company and how people on their walls are making a killing. They make you fill out paper work . I quietly listened to the "interview" as the traffic on the expressway got worse and worse. And after an hour and half, at the height of the rush hour, the presentation (I mean, "the interview") ended. They said that they'll let us know the compensation structure later. Seriously, I was so mad at that point.
