How would you prioritize between addressing an urgent internal conflict, urgent external government request, and urgent broken product experience?
interviewers were not prepared, HR was nice and warm at first, then no communications at all. Thought this is an organization making positive change, I couldn't tell they were really genuine.

Applied online. An internal recruiter reached out to schedule the interview. She sent all the information and I filled out the assessment form. The day before the interview she emailed me saying the job requirements had changed, and I was no longer a good fit. Was not a good experience as companies should know their job requirements before posting the job.
