I applied online and was contacted to arrange a screening call. I immediately noticed the enthusiasm of the staff, we had a friendly conversation and this was extended to my formal interview which was with other leaders in the business. They were not just interested in my experience but also the sort of person I was to fit into the team and the culture of the business. Afterwards I was invited to a chat/tour with my line manager and his manager. Throughout the process they reflected my enthusiasm and shared my values. This was the best interview I have had in my career.
