I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gripple in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview was done with two former members of the graduate programme. They were able to answer my questions and were overall very friendly and really helped to put me at ease. The questions were well thought out and gave me a good impression of the company culture.

Interview
Screening Call - After submitting my CV I was invited to a Screening call for Gripple to get to know me better. While this is still assessed it was a very relaxed interview and the interviewer was one of the best I have ever had, making me feel very welcomed and relaxed.
Assessment Center - Before the assessment center we were invited to an informal dinner and it was great to get to know everyone and removed all my nervousness for the actual assessment center.
For the assessment center there was 4 tasks - 2 individual and 2 team tasks. One of the biggest positives for me was that the assessors mainly were senior leaders in the business. It showed me they took this scheme very seriously and they were really looking for future leaders of the business.
Final interview - Final interview was based on our CV and it was a real opportunity to sell myself as to why I would be the perfect fit.
In my opinion it is a very positive process and even if I didn't get an offer I would have left very positive review of the process.

Question 1
Questions based on my background and who I am as a person.

Interview
The interview was fairly laidback, and the interviewers were friendly, which put me at ease really early on. I felt like the company was interested in me as a person and not just as another candidate in a pool of others, which was reflected by there being people to talk to rather than a video interview where I speak to a camera.
