Extremely long interview process. I almost told their HR person that I am not interested because they failed to make a decision after 4 face to face and 5+ phone interviews. It seemed like the whole company took part in the interview process. Finally, they surprised me with an offer. However, I was expecting more money from a hedge funds company. Later, I found out that they were investigated by the SEC, the federal government agency in charge of securities and exchanges. That information was a deal-breaker for me.
