      Human Resources Director Interview

      6 Jun 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Itasca, IL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ground Pros (Itasca, IL) in Apr 2012

      Interview

Interview went off subject half of time, other manager was silent most of time. Im not sure why he was in there. They did not have real experience in interviewing. They had print out of "what to ask" questions which was a big turn off. Their ad mention nothing on traveling and in interview it was a huge requirement. Interview was in the am and they were not ready for me, it seemed. They have you fill out a personality form when you get there not sure why since the place is so small. They want to act or be bigger than what they are, in my opinion. The biggest turn off was that they wanted me to bring in samples of my work which made me think they were going to use it for their own use. I thought it was strange and odd. I would say the interview was confusing and strange. HR folks watch out, keep your samples near you.
