I was contacted by phone for a first interview. The lady at phone didn't had the skills to interview, she was reading her notes and get asked my for weird questions about me parcours, and then she noticed that it was another resume that she was reading!
Once she get MY resume, she said that I didn't had enough experience on the HR field, obviously she didn't read my resume (I have more than 5 yrs experience) And I also mention my transferable skills and she said, we don't take on consideration other experiences than HR! At that point I just was ready to let go, because she was completely incompetent. But at my surprise she offer me a 1-1 interview. So, I said that it could be interesting meeting a real HR professional.
1-1 interview was good, regular questions as:
mention your strengths and weakness. Give examples of different situations on team work, problem resolution, planing new strategies, project management, example of my biggest accomplishment and explain how i did it.
What do you expect from your manager.
What do you expect from the company.
What can i bring to the team.
