I got the interview Through a recruitment agent in Johannesburg, I went through the first interview with the hiring manager and that was enough to secure employment, they are basically looking for a strong culture fit more than anything. There HR business partner also attends the interview.

the interview took 30 minutes, they asked about your academic performance and what inspires you to join the firm. They mostly focus on your academic journey. They give you a brief description of your role and how it can contribute to your career development.
