I didn't make it far into the interview process however I can describe it as very informal. A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn for a 15 min intro call. The intro call was very surface level and the questions were pretty standard. I was then moved to the Hiring Manager round. That round was also very standard with no curve-ball questions. I was prompted for the next round which was a take home assignment but ultimately withdrew from consideration. While I had no problem with the role itself being the first of it's kind and thus a bit of a 'self-starter position', the company felt unstable, unorganized, and seemed to lack work-life balance.
