HR in the Bethlehem, PA location was very professional. It was via phone. In person interview at Plano, TX. It could not have gone better. Had excellent references from inside the company as well as outside. I had matching qualifications for this position. Unfortunately I was rejected, and I pursued the reason for the rejection. I did not fit the profile of a 22 year old new college graduate. Fifteen years of customer service experience was of no value to them. The position has been posted four times in the last six months. Perhaps they should alter the profile they are looking for. Very disappointing.
