I was put in touch with a current employee of the company. From there I managed an interview with the HR personnel. Then I had an interview with the Agency Manager. Then I had a group interview and another interview with the Agency Manager.

Interview was scheduled based on the amount of other interviewees.
Process was ok, short, not too intense.
Waited a couple of months to be contacted to commence working.

Four interviews, want to know how big your network is. If you do not have a big network of friends and family you will struggle. Was not fully aware that you would be selling to only your natural market so should be more clear on that.
