Very proper interview for the team leader role. I was asked a lot of correct questions about TL activities: processes, agile practices, OKR/PDP, risk management, development itself, infrastructure, etc. Very nice onboarding process.

1. Phone call with HR. Very pleasant conversation regarding the company , her goal and it's impressive growth. Overview about the R&D and the requirements for the specific job. 2. Interview with Group leader, again very pleasant interview. Question about management and technical aspects 3. Another interview with group leader and TL. Architecture question about my past projects and open architecture question. In general all the persons who interviewed me were very professional.
