The interview process came in four parts:
1. Initial call
2. Meeting with supervisor and head of department
3. At-home assessment of skills/challenge
4. Meeting with COO and team
The interview process was smooth - nothing hidden, not stressful. I always had the impression that everyone was passionate about their jobs. Everyone involved responded in a timely manner and didn’t leave me guessing or ever wondering where I was at.
