Was interviewed by an inexperienced person that had no social skills, and made the interview feel awkward and extremely scripted. I feel they should have a better interview process. The company does not have great reviews for their practices.

Clear and easy to understand, first part I taped my self answering questions and the second part was a live virtual interview. The interviewer was friendly and they were upfront about the process.
I met via Zoom with four different people that work for Higher Ground/ Guidepost Montessori. I completed an online interview questionnaire and described how I would manage different scenarios. The online interview /scenarios was timed. I completed a typing test too.
