Interviewed with a supervisor, I inquired about compensation and the person interviewing me couldn't even answer the question or what hours the position required. After I was interviewed I was told verbatim "I would like to offer you the position" - however was then interviewed by 2 additional supervisors thereafter. The second supervisor clarified the pay but could not give me a solid answer concerning the hours. At the end, they ended up not offering me the outbound position and offered me an inbound "call" position with less pay, part-time with night hours. After inquiring about the outbound sales position, I was told that I didnt have the "adaquate experience" which was clearly outlined on my resume. I honestly would have taken this to get my foot in the door, but this was hands down the most disorganized interview process that I have gone through - total waste of time.
