I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GulfTalent.com (Dubai) in Jun 2022

Interview

It was over the phone with PA first, who was very nice and polite. Who asked me some basic questions on my motivation and interest at their company. Next step was with Sales Team leader. Who asked me more on how I like to be managed and what are my weak and strong sales points.

Short interview process. Needs to be better. Phone interview, zoom interview. Met with CEO. Needs massive improvements. Did not pursue the opportunity. Salary offer was average but been offered better.

Everything that was discussed and agreed on during the interview was completely disregarded during the offer stage. The salary and benefits and overall contract was not at all similar to what had been negotiated during interview and there was no room for negotiation.
