GuruFocus interview questions

I interviewed with the CEO Charlie. I actually logged on three minutes early and he was already online. If you have not worked on a website with thousands of hits per day, you will not move past his bias. He is not a fan of the hybrid work model and insists you stay at the desk 40 hours per week. His ad mentioned his company needs a design system, When I asked him about it, he had no clue what I was talking about.
