Interview
Began with 30 minute phone interview followed by an at home working assessment, and finally an in person interview that consisted of 4 separate 45 minute interviews, each with a different person on the team.

Question 1
Asked to teach them how to do something or make something. 5 minutes to plan and probably 15 to present.
Had to speak with several people – everyone said they liked the company culture, yet nobody was really able to verbally describe that culture. All the interviews went well but the recruiter (who hasn’t been with the company very long) came across as snarky & off putting. Definitely think about what you think can be gained in your career here as it seems the turnover is high. One panel member had been there 7 years & the remaining 4 all less than 1 year. Nobody could confirm the average tenure in either the department or company so that’s a bit of a red flag.

First interview was phone screening for 15 minutes. Next was an at home assesment to gauge skills related to the specific position. Final interview was four 45 minute interviews with 4 separate individuals.
