The initial process was great, quick communication and quick interview setup. I had my first round with the hiring manager and it went well, I got a 2nd round for technical. It was just some questions about cyber security topics, nothing to advanced but enough to know if I knew my stuff or not. Then we moved in to coding, I solved the problem and was able to do some optimization with the time left. My interviewer, Zack, who was super awesome, gave extremely positive feedback and told me to expect a decision shortly. About 2 weeks pass so I follow up with Rhomel and Christina, who were my recruiters. Rhomel was very responsive and told me that Christina would reach out with that info soon. I waited 2 more weeks. I reached out again. Nothing. I had another job offer. I informed them I needed to know soon or I'd have to go with the other company. Nothing. So I took the other offer. Which is a shame, the technical people I interviewed with were great. Even if I didn't get the position, it would of been nice to know rather than being ghosted by the recruiter.
