I had to wait quite a while for a call back. There was an initial phone screening performed by the store's administrative assistant with basic questions. The next and final interview was with one of the store's top managers. The interview was quite pleasant and normal. It involved a conversation in an office with basic questions and a job offer at the end of it.
the overall experience was great. First we did a group exercise, then from there if selected I had a one on one interview. From here I got offered the job.
Very straightforward, asked about prior experiences with difficult situations, and how you dealt with them. The interviewer was very relaxed and acted very casual about the whole thing. I ended up getting the job right there.

Very straight forward interview to the point. Ask some genuine questions about yourself. Just be genuine because if you made it to an in persons interview you’re close to the finish line. Most don’t even get a call back.
