The process took 12 months. I interviewed at H E B (Austin, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
I do not recommend at all.
Here's a brief timeline of my process: I applied Sept 2016, heard back 5 MONTHS LATER (Feb 2017) and was asked to do an interview. Completed my first round over the phone. Did second round interview on skype within that same week. They told me that I will find out by the week after. I literally did not hear from them until Sept 2017. I sent them 2-3 follow up emails after the second interview and never got a response.
The first interview was super easy. It was bascially a background screening like are you willing to relocate to San Antonio, have you ever been imprisoned/misdemenor/etc, do you need housing, etc. The second interview, I spoke with two people, a director and a supervisor. The interview went fairly smooth. It was very conversational and they were really engaging.
It was completely unacceptable that it took a full year for the entire process. After not hearing back after a couple of weeks, I decided to move on. I can't believe that had to audacity to call me 7 months later to follow up. Keep in mind that this was supposed to be a summer internship. They called me after the intership was over, in the fall, to follow up on my interview.

Interview
normal questions, nothing too complicated. the details about resume and normal screening, no technical questions were asked and it was a simple process throughout, also, the manager was interested to talk about the company but later i got a call personally saying i have not been offered the role.
The first round of interviews is with AI, submitted along with applications. They got back to me after a couple of months for the second round; it's an hour long with the business case.

Interview
It was a series of 6 interview questions and 3 games meant to test our skills. The questions were on HireVue. All questions were pretty basic, and I can only recall two. The games were meant to show how you work.
