I was first interviewed by the lead manger for central checkout. She asked about scenarios and how I would react to them. After I finished with her, a few days I went back and got interviewed by thy store manager. His interview was more of trying to get to know me. My personality and my likes and dislikes. Then he asked about my weaknesses and strengths

Interview
The process is simple enough, its mostly a lot of STAR based questions. And the digital interview is basically the same as the in person. The questions most of the time will be identical, if not extremely similar.

I interviewed at a grocery store where the manager asked about my customer service skills and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt confident discussing my past teamwork experience.

Name a time I had to mitigate an issue with a co worker.
It was easy and straightforward. I received a call back days later and went in for an interview. The manager was very engaged and felt like a conversation. I was called a week later to being my onboarding process.
