Interview
Typically interviewed twice. The first interview being with a recruiter or talent coach, and the second being with a member of the corporate HR team and a member of the Talent recruitment team. The first interview is just to identify if you might be a fit. The 2nd interview one interviewed would be assessing if you are a culture fit for H-E-B and the other would be assessing if you possess the tangible characteristics and the experience to be competent in your role.

How would you deal with conflict in the workplace (with other Partners). How would you deal with an upset customer/vendor. What tasks/roles did you play at your most recent job. What is your favorite thing to cook/place to eat at. What makes you interested to work for H-E-B.

Interview
Attended a lengthy group interview involving a written test on SOPs, a group scenario exercise, and a timed group of questions from a panel of assessors. After advancing to a second round interview, I met with the regional manager and trainer in corporate headquarters.
