Really basic questions:
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
What experience do you have?
What school do you go to?
What are your plans after high school?
Hiring:
Sign some papers and go through really basic training, that takes a few hours. Nothing to hard, and you get paid for it as long as your doing something for them.
Basic questions . Just trying to see if you fit I. With them. Pretty easy. Not too hard if you can answer . It was that and a lot of situations and scenarios that they asked about
It was an online format. Personal video recording responding to basic interview prompts. There was also a small competency examination to test for basic math and reading skills as well as some personality questions.
