It was a pretty "Disney" interview. A large group of around 20 people were called in and we were shown videos, presentations from managers, and were asked about the company and about ourselves. They brought in all sorts of exotic foods and quizzed us all on what we were eating and on recipes. They brought in a bunch of crafting supplies for us to create a poster that represents us and then we had to present it to everyone else at the meeting. We had to role play customer interactions and generally had to do a lot of bubbly high school teamwork activities. They let us go and I received a call back from one of the managers that was at the meeting within an hour. I was offered the job on the spot.
