The President didn't ask anything related to the candidate's capabilities and didn't bother to read the CV properly. Instead, she associated the candidate's capability and dedication to the candidate's appearance. She complained about her overwhelming stress, which she is compensated for, and the misalignment with her direct reports during the interview, which is actually her accountability.
