I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at H&R Block (Indianapolis, IN) in Sept 2015
Interview
The interview was about average. I was initially working as a tax preparer in which i started out through the intensive income tax course. I had to dress professional. I also had to create a business plan such like the one they have you do in college. I basically had to go over the business plan and describe how i planned on reaching the company's goals.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I do not remember the questions in details, but I can phrase some of the ones they asked in my own words. Tell me how I would handle a situation with an employee that was not following procedure. Also, in going over the business plan I had to determine what that office did well, what could they improve in. I had to determine what the opportunities were.

Interview
Screener only before the job opening was cancelled unfortunately. But I met with an awesome HR person named Chance. Super friendly with good questions. No gotcha questions, which was pleasant.

Question 1
They asked what experience I had gleaning insights via research that resulted in actual shipped products.
It was very easy and the interviewer was very friendly and encouraging. Even when I didn’t exactly answer a question well they gave me some feedback on what to do when the situation actually happened.
