Interview
I applied in person at the location of my choice and ended up getting the job. We then were able to set up a time to get my on-boarding paperwork completed. After that, I began working.
First, I was asked some questions about my career background and why I was interested in the position. Then I was given some scenarios related to customer service, I had to explain how I would handle the situation. The interviewer made sure that I was acknowledged the role is seasonal.

It was very easy over the phone interview. Once I applied I reviewed a call in less than 48 hours. She walked me through everything and set me up for class which is 6 wks long.
HR and manager together. Tell about yourself, your hobby. Ask your tax experience, how you feel to do tax by yourself. How flexible in tax season. And which location you prefer to work, do you mind to work other locations.
