Video Interview, they get you to access a third part platform which supports resuming should anything breaks up during the process. It also allows you to test your phone or laptop beforehand and there's quick IT support so don't worry about tech issue.

To get interview call, it is must to clear their exam with 80% marks. Interview is simple, only behaviour questions. Once you pass exam with 80%, you get interview call. Whole process take 1 week .
Video interview, just need to follow up the interview process and answer questions. In my opinion.its better to do it in a quiet environment, and dress up for the interview.
